I think our days need planning, but the majority of people don't care about it because they're busy doing what they do best, not what their day should be like! But if you're one of those people who want to plan your week for a productive and healthy life then this post is for you.
First of all, you need to make sure that you get enough sleep because you're going to feel tired if you don't. So give yourself time to relax and when you wake up in the second half of the day, try to stretch a little bit. If you can't seem to get any more stretches on your body, go back to bed early and enjoy a good rest. The point is, plan your day in order to sleep well as you go because that's one of your priorities. When you look yourself in the mirror, you'll realize that most times what you see are things that aren't necessary. It may be a pimple or something that you don't need to worry about. You just can’t help it at the moment. So the only thing that you need to focus on now is your health and not anything else. Also, make sure you have an exercise planner because you can start with small things such as walking around every morning. Another great way to stay active is by setting a reminder on your phone so that you'll always check it during the day. Some examples of things that I plan my Mondays are workout videos, audiobooks and a few other types of content. This will keep you motivated and push you on your goals. Not sure if some of these works out for you? Try them and see what happens to you. All these plans should be realistic. They can't be too extreme and everything should fit your needs and wants. Just figure out what will benefit you, why it is important and when you need it. That's when you should start working on it and if it works with your schedule, do it. Let's say you work out everyday on Monday. Does that mean you're gonna skip Sunday because you want to sleep early? No! It means that you plan your days the way you already know how to plan it. I mean, you might like to have three days off from Sunday, but let's say that on Tuesday you decide that you want to take a shower instead, are you gonna skip it because you wanna to sleep late?! No! I mean, sometimes we just need a break and a few moments of peace and quiet to refresh our minds. Remember, you have to balance your daily routine without being stressed out by having extra activities. Nowadays you have hundreds and thousands of options to choose from which can be really overwhelming for you. It is better to set realistic expectations so that you can achieve them. We cannot have so much choice in our lives, but to set reasonable limits and be careful. We tend to think only about ourselves, neglecting others. What I'm trying to tell you is that life is full of choices, so plan your days properly and set realistic expectations.
Planning your week for a productive and healthy lifestyle is very important and shouldn't be ignored. If you aren't doing it, you won't see results! Even though there is plenty of distractions nowadays (social media, emails, kids), it's not worth getting involved into a bad habit. If you work hard to do some exercises but fail, you're not doing yourself any good. Try to find a solution to everything. There are many ways, including reading books and watch YouTube videos, that teach you how to solve problems. I have tried several different things in the last few years and they've helped me a lot. These hacks will help you think logically and be able to solve almost any problem you can face. This is possible for anyone regardless of age and experience. Everyone has different skills that help you to think in a certain way. Don't underestimate your own abilities. Make notes and try to solve whatever issues you have. In order to grow your skills, you need to practice a lot. Try to memorize anything and do it again and again. This is the best method because you can master almost every issue that comes your way. Maybe you're struggling with making breakfast or cooking your lunch! Start thinking in a new way and that will allow you to focus on the tasks that you still have to do. Yes, even if you have to leave the house to get coffee, start thinking differently. Learn to use specific strategies and skills that can help you accomplish whatever it is you need to do. There are endless possibilities when it comes to this. Keep working on it until you become masters and improve your level of being. Sometimes it really helps. When you do something, you want to share it with the world and show everyone that you're capable of it. Do it with other people. Share it with friends to reach more people. Because it's easier to achieve when you're surrounded by your peers! Being present is really crucial. Try to make yourself seen and don't forget your smile! Show the world positive energy and you'll be able to attract the right people for you. It doesn't matter what time it is, go outside and enjoy the weather. As soon as you have a smile on your face you'll definitely find someone to talk to. People can judge you just by looking at you. So stop worrying about your appearance and enjoy living your dreams.
